Why Danka?
Danka means thank you in several languages. It’s pronounced “don kuh.” Sounds like Tonka. Or Wonka.
Somewhere through the years, Jeff picked it up and sort of just adopted the word “danka” as his standard way of saying “thank you.” For several years now, we’ve been using it as our sign off in emails and at the end of phone calls, so when the time came to pick a company name we couldn’t think of anything more fitting. After all, our mission is to strengthen our cities by providing affordable marketing solutions to the small businesses that define our communities. It’s our way of saying “thank you.”
